While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, please note that some items may require additional processing time. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Responsibility Notice
Once your items leave our facility, Junk Chains is no longer responsible for the package. If your order is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier using your provided tracking information. We’ll gladly assist in communicating with the carrier if needed, but we cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
Handling Damaged Items
At Junk Chains, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged item. Here's how we handle these situations:
What Qualifies as a Damaged Item:
A damaged item is one that arrives broken, unusable, clearly fractured, crushed, bent (if not meant to bend), or in any way compromised.
All damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Evidence Requirements:
To process a refund or replacement for a damaged item, we may ask you to provide additional proof, such as:
